Common questions we get about Dam Chicken's catering services.
When should I book my event?
The more advanced notice the better. All of our chicken is fresh so large catering orders need to be at least a week in advance to allow us to order and receive the chicken.
Can I make last minute changes to my existing orders?
As much as possible we’ll accommodate changes but all of our food is fresh and some of it takes a day or more to prepare.
When do I need to pay for my order?
Smaller catering orders are due at the time of delivery. Orders over $1,500 will require a security deposit.
Can I cancel a catering order?
Catering orders can be canceled until a week prior to the event. This matches our suppliers ordering requirements. Custom menu items with longer lead times may not be cancelable.

What's on the catering menu?
Generally speaking, all of our standard menu items are also on our catering menu, just in larger quantities. We are also happy to discuss a custom menu for your event.
